The pattern is called Feasting At The Berry Bush and started from sketches of the raspberry bush at Anna's parent's house. Feasting is kind of an exaggeration though-- ever since one overly aggressive pruning, the bush-of-inspiration doesn't yield enough fruit to fill a sparrow.

A white cloth bag hand painted with textile paint by Hägga in Sweden. The bag is dedicated to the ”gangstapopsinger” Dean Martin whose music was bursting out of the speakers during the making of the bag. It's called Greetings To Dean and is part of a line of called Mustache Kisses.

16 x 20.5 inches with 20 inch straps (hangs about 10 inches down).

A cloth bag made out of vintage textiles. The bag was handmade from scratch (with the help of a sewing machine) in Sweden by Hägga. It's part of a line of bags called Mustache Kisses. This one is called Happi Haparanda because it was inspired by a small town in the northern part of Sweden where the conifer grows tightly, where it’s cold and snowy in the winter and where the sun never sets in the summer.

16 x 17 inches with 32 inch straps (hangs about 16 inches down).

Elliott McPherson made his first “Lightbox” in a last-minute effort to complete an album cover for the band’s self-titled release in 2004. Since then, every Dexateens release has borne a Lightbox on its cover, and McPherson has assembled hundreds more. He has applied the term “Lightbox” to his work because, as he explains, “They have reflections, shadows and colors that can be manipulated depending on the direction and the intensity of the light hitting them.

Lodestone Headband by Astrid Quay

Brown leather band adorned with a grouping of a larger gemstone surrounded by a few complimentary glass beads. The stone is meant to be worn on the side, though you can wear it in the front if you so choose.

Each headband is hand-cut, hand-dyed, durably machine-sewn together in the back, hand decorated, and the seam at the back finished with a hand-wrapping of quality waxed linen thread, which is sealed with protective shellac.

The headbands are not adjustable, but will stretch a little upon the first few wearings (about 1/4" or so). Head band is approximately 21" around. If you desire a larger size, please contact us at support@sakeofthesong.com.

A scientist once told us about her experience counting fish in a river in Venezuela. There were too many fish to count, but she counted anyways.
